The first quarter of the year is usually a time for reflection. We look at what went well, identify areas for improvement, and of course, learn from our mistakes. But… it doesn’t always have to be just that.
Our company workshops go far beyond the classic “annual meetings.” They are a space for professional connection across teams – combining feedback, learning, and informal knowledge sharing. And what always adds a special spark is a change of scenery – sometimes in Slovakia, other times in the Czech Republic. Switching locations gives each workshop a unique atmosphere.
We know every detail of our office chairs – but it’s new environments, paired with comfort and openness, that bring fresh ideas. And this year’s meeting was special for several reasons.
This year, we gathered in record numbers. Our “family” keeps growing – and it’s not slowing down. But the most striking thing was the energy. It was everywhere. Young specialists brought fresh perspectives, bold ideas, and a desire to be part of something greater – all of which translated into discussions and plans for the months ahead.
Our success isn’t just built on top-tier services. We’re a team – a group that listens, complements each other, and learns together. And that’s what gives us the right drive for the future.

This year was special for another reason. AXENTA was selected to be provide comprehensive protection for the Czech National Pavilion against digital threats - the cybersecurity monitoring partner for the Czech Pavilion at the EXPO 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Japan.
Why did we decide to go to Japan? How did we prepare? What did we experience, and what surprised us? We shared it all during an informal evening – full of photos, stories, and memories straight from Osaka. We also enjoyed some local “specialties” that won’t be soon forget.
How was last year? Good. But there’s always room to grow.
New challenges lie ahead – and we know our energy isn’t fading. We simply must not fall asleep – just like our security monitoring center CyberSOC, that never sleeps.
